An Estate Inventory is designed to help individuals who are in the process of writing their Will. This service is suitable for people of all ages and stages of life. We work with you to create a detailed record of assets including jewellery, family heirlooms, collections (e.g. wines, cars, instruments, artwork, collectors items and more) and anything else of value. We will document the contents of your home and will happily arrange to visit other locations to document your valuables.

What is the purpose of an Estate Inventory?

The purpose of an Estate Inventory is to be able to clearly identify assets in the case of your death, locate items which may add value to your estate and distribute items to heirs as stipulated in your will. This not only makes planning for your family's future more secure, it also significantly speeds up the administration process for your family and nominated solicitors. What Will I receive after an inventory inspection?

You will receive a comprehensive and detailed Inventory report that is dated, with time stamped photos and a clear list of contents. How long will it take?

We allocate 4 hours for each inspection (more time is allocated when necessary for larger projects) and work with you to photograph and list home contents. Our inspectors are thoroughly trained and will handle your items with care and attention. We may need to reposition or move items so they can be clearly photographed and inspected.
